Everyone here was very friendly.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, we were close to the heart of Madrid.

The room was large, clean, and had a nice view, and the service was great with nothing to complain about.

Great location! Within walking distance of major attractions and transportation. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus for staying connected.

No air conditioning in the room made it quite uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer months. The noise from the street was also bothersome, even with the window closed.

Our recent stay at Hostal Casanova was excellent. The location was superb, close to the heart of Madrid and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good showers. The WiFi was also reliable. Despite our limited Spanish, we managed to communicate with the staff and they were friendly and accommodating. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

the room I had was bright and the bed was comfortable. Despite being located in the party district, the street itself remained quiet. the famous Prado museum was just a 7-minute walk away. the landlord even allowed me to leave my package there until the afternoon after I checked out. the location was great for exploring central Madrid, with plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌🏼.

Convenient location near museums and Atocha station. Cleverly designed, functional rooms with modern security. Good value for money with free wifi. Clean and regularly changed towels.
